1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
2. Contractual partner and conclusion of contract

By displaying the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can place items in your shopping cart without obligation and correct any input errors before submitting your order. The contract is concluded when you complete the ordering process and click on “Place order with obligation to pay.” You will then receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Contract language and storage
The contract language is German.
The order details and these terms and conditions will be sent to you by email after purchase. Previous orders can be viewed in your customer account.
4. Delivery conditions & shipping
All cards are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and top loaders and shipped in padded envelopes. We recycle cardboard packaging for environmental reasons.
Orders paid for on weekdays by 4 p.m. are usually shipped on the same day.

B-Post parcel: CHF 7.90 (2–3 days)

Free shipping for orders over CHF 200 (B-Post)
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

Bank transfer (prepayment)
If payment is not received within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. After 28 days without payment or response, a reminder fee of CHF 10 will be charged.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Team Pocket KIG until full payment has been received.
7. Transport damage
Please check the goods immediately upon receipt. Please report any visible transport damage directly to the delivery company and inform us immediately. This is to protect our claims against the shipping service provider.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
The following applies to used trading cards: The condition description in the shop is authoritative. Cards are sold in the condition described – without additional warranty.
The statutory warranty may be limited if this is permissible – e.g. for used items after one year. These limitations do not apply to:
Damage to life, limb, or health
Intentional or gross negligence
Warranty commitments
Claims under product liability law
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages:
in the event of injury to life, limb, or health
in the event of intent or gross negligence
in the event of product liability or warranty
In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), we are only liable for typically foreseeable damage. Further claims for damages are excluded.
10. Right of return and revocation
Returns are possible within 14 days, provided that the goods are returned in their original, undamaged condition (e.g., unopened boosters, sealed products).
The following are excluded from exchange/return:
reduced items (“sale”)
opened or used products
Pre-order items (advance orders)
Special orders or specially procured goods
Tournament tickets or event bookings
The buyer bears the return shipping costs (both ways), even if shipping was originally free of charge.
Delivery delays of up to one month caused by delivery bottlenecks at the distributor are not considered grounds for return.
11. Place of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
